Filters 99.9% of dust particles over 2 microns in size both efficiently and quickly. Dust-laden air enters the hopper where particles heavier than the air flow fall. The lighter particles are trapped in the air stream and rise to the filter bags. As the air passes through the filter bags, the dust particles are collected on the outer surface of the bag. The cleaned air is also discharged over the collector.

 

The dust accumulated on the outside of the bag is supplied by the inverted air flow that falls into the collection chamber. This serves to press the bag outwards and generate an internal shock wave. As mentioned, this is achieved by the inverted airflow that falls into the dust collection chamber. The entire cleaning process is controlled by an easily adjustable timer.

Working Areas of the Dust Collection System

 

The working subject of dust collection systems is to draw in the dust and sawdust produced by the machines that make smoky, dusty and sawdust production. In other words, it is to clean the air. It does this by rotating the propeller it contains. As we mentioned above, after performing this process, it discharges these dust and chips into the sack in the dust collection systems.

 

The dust collector has a total of 3 suction systems. While 2 absorbers are located in the chimney, the other is located on the ground side. The absorbers in the chimney suck in the sawdust and dust accumulated on the sawdust producing machine through the hose.

 

Attention When Choosing Dust Collection Systems

 

When selecting dust collection systems, the working environment and the types of contamination in the environment must be considered. For example, dust collection systems to be used in an environment where sawdust is produced and in environments where chemical gases are present should be different from each other. A mask must be worn when the machine is in operation. When general maintenance operations are carried out on the machine, its connection with electricity must be disconnected. Again, after the general maintenance is completed, all parts must be placed correctly, and if there are missing parts, it should never be operated.
